How the Giveaway Works
What the Winner Receives
The winner will receive:
- A new qualifying AC system
- Professional installation by A/C Care
- Standard installation materials
- Removal of the existing system
Eligibility requirements. The nominee must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Own and occupy the home where the system will be installed
- Live within A/C Care's normal service area
- Have an existing AC system that qualifies for replacement
- Have the property inspected and approved by A/C Care
- Be available to coordinate installation
- Have the legal authority to authorize the installation

Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Attempts to interfere with the Giveaway
- Violates these Official Rules
- Engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct
- Attempts to manipulate the entry or selection process
Sponsor reserves the right to verify information provided by entrants.
Privacy
Information submitted as part of the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and contact entrants regarding the Giveaway.
By entering, participants acknowledge that their information may be used for these purposes in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
Any changes will be communicated through the Sponsor's official website or social media channels, as appropriate.
Winner Information
The name of the recipient may be announced on Sponsor's website and/or social media channels, subject to applicable law and the recipient's consent.
